Artist's Comments

I drew the sketch for this one after roller derby practice. We played queen of the rink, and it was down to me and this other girl. We kept trying to knock eachother out of bounds, and now my shoulder has a huuuge bruise on it T.T

In the picture is my character, Roller Girl. Her wings are painted on the wall behind her.

I've seen many other of your drawings and I'm surprised how very consistant you are in how her face looks. Good job!
Your folds are totally awesome.

She's cute, and wonderful work on the coloring.
:icondragonfriend7738:
Yeah, you can tell she's been working hard. xP She looks really tired.
:iconrollergalval:
Thank you ^^ I'm glad you think i'm consistant...I'm always worried about that. I'm also worried that people won't be able to tell my characters apart. (when drawing in black and white)
:iconrollergalval:
Haha! That's my fault...I was exhuasted when I drew it...and I had injured my shoulder the day before...that's why she's holding her shoulder like that.
:icondragonfriend7738:
If that's the case, your characters seem to reflect your own emotions, then- and you do an excellent job of it. >.<
:iconrollergalval:
Yes, they ALWAYS do reflect my emotions. You should see my face when i'm drawing an emotional scene...like if I want my character to look angry, I will make an angry face. My roommates will ask me "are you upset?" Hahahaha!
:icondragonfriend7738:
I kinda do that when I write- I put myself into the character so that I can better explain on paper what the character is feeling.
