I was inspired by :iconomgmangaw00t:'s artwork of girls that are soaking wet. I wanted to see if I could do the wet clothes thing too...so I drew this picture of my oc, Roller Girl with his oc, Kiyori. I guess it's not bad for my first try, huh?

Nicely done, the effect is more successful on the arms than on the shirt surprisingly. Also a hint of it on the stockings would go a long way as well. Don't forget that the water would effect the skirts too, causing them to cling much closer to the legs and likely wrinkle, which there is a hint of in the right-hand girl's skirt. Also don't be afraid to go crazier with the specularity and amp up the contrast a bit, it'll help give the characters a more "wet" feel.
